Your team will be actively helping us create and manage the farm for the non profit organizations that call this space home. That means your work benefits youth, veterans, the entire community, AND the environment. The impact is immeasurable.

How it Works
Conundrum Farms will work with your group to design one-time or ongoing, service-based team building activities. Our farm can accommodate groups of 5-50 volunteers. We may be able accommodate larger groups depending on the time of year. Group volunteer events can be scheduled for a half-day or a full day. They can take place in the morning (9am-12pm) and/or afternoon (1pm-4pm). They begin with a farm tour & ice-breaker followed by a service project. Your team is welcome to reserve indoor or outdoor space to share a meal or conduct a meeting before or after your event. Each package includes:
-
Introductory farm tour and icebreakers
-
Guided service activities, which may include seasonal projects like weeding, pruning, harvesting, packaging & helping maintain our wildlife habitat areas and green landscaping features, etc.
-
Opportunities for public recognition via social media and Conundrum Farms publications
-
Additional site amenities are available, such as indoor or outdoor meeting space
-
