Harvested Salads & Sides - a Farm-to-Table Cooking Class with Chef Jenny Castor
The Conundrum Farms Culinary Studio welcomes you to attend seasonal cooking classes led by Chef Jenny Castor of Luckybee Kitchen. Each experience will highlight creative ways to cook with produce harvested right here on Conundrum Farms.
This interactive class will inspire some unusual ways to incorporate summer vegetables into flavorful fresh “entree” salads and sides that will keep you satiated after a long day. A beautiful ratatouille salad and savory green pancakes with radish butter are just a few of the recipes that you will create.
You will have the opportunity to gather your ingredients along the way while led on an informative but beautiful tour of the farm. Expect to learn some helpful techniques and easy ways to elevate even the most simple food.
