Summer Soirees - a Farm-to-Table Cooking Class with Chef Jenny Castor
The Conundrum Farms Culinary Studio welcomes you to attend seasonal cooking classes led by Chef Jenny Castor of Luckybee Kitchen. Each experience will highlight creative ways to cook with produce harvested right here on Conundrum Farms.
This interactive class will present you some simple but elevated side dishes to take to a picnic, pot-luck or cook-out. A tomato tatin, carrot “carpaccio” and an Ottolenghi inspired royal potato salad are some of the delights that will make you the perfect guest at any soiree.
You will have the opportunity to gather your ingredients along the way while led on an informative but beautiful tour of the farm. Expect to learn some helpful techniques and easy ways to elevate even the most simple food.
