Individual/Family Volunteers

Are you interested in spending a day at the farm?

When you and/or your family volunteers on our farm, you support not only Conundrum Farms, but the entire Conundrum Farm Collective. You'll be actively helping us create and manage the farm for the non profit organizations that call this space home. That means your work directly benefits youth, our local community, AND the environment. Your impact is immeasurable!

Become an integral part of our farm's mission by joining our passionate community of volunteers. We take pride in creating a vibrant space where your time and dedication can make a meaningful impact. Whether you're experienced in sustainable agriculture or eager to learn, there's a place for you on our farm. From nurturing the soil and sowing seeds to supporting farm projects that help our farm grow, volunteering is an opportunity to bond with others while participating in your local food system. Embrace the joy of giving back while growing connections between community, sustainability, and service

Volunteer needs and opportunities fluctuate throughout the year and seasons, with spring, summer and fall providing the most opportunities to get your hands dirty on the farm.

Attend our next Volunteer Orientation to get started! Orientation is held on the fourth Wednesday of each month from 5:30-7 pm. You'll tour the farm, get your questions answered, and learn about the kind of volunteer work you may be doing here. We look forward to getting to know you and your goals as well!
