Welcome to Conundrum Crates - a premium, weekly, subscription-based produce box providing freshly picked, seasonal harvests from our North Texas farm to your table.
Our Conundrum Crates farm share program is designed to connect you with the land, the seasons, and the hands that grow your food. It's our take on a traditional CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program - but instead of paying for a whole season upfront, you just pay weekly along the way.

HOW TO SIGN UP:
Signing up requires two purchases and is a three step process:

Purchase the $25 setup fee. This secures your spot and pays for your Crate packaging.

Receive an email from crates@conundrumfarms.com with your invitation link to the private, members only store.

Order your first Crate! Choose your size & pickup location and complete your purchase. This first order creates your subscription, after which you'll be charged automatically every week.
How the subscription works:

Changes/additions must be made before midnight on Tuesdays. You'll receive a weekly email reminder to update your Crate order if needed (you can add on sourdough bread, change your pickup location, etc) for the upcoming weekend.

Payment is made automatically and weekly via your saved credit/debit card or ACH.

Pick up will be on the same day & location each week as your first order, unless you make changes.

If you will be out of town, you can choose to skip a week & will not be charged. We ask that skips are limited to 2x per year to keep the program viable!

OR you can choose to have a friend or family member pick up your Crate instead

OR donate your Crate! Donations support the FunkyTown Food Project and Texas Health Resources.

Why Join NOW?
Conundrum Farms is a modest-sized local farm, and we can only accommodate a limited number of full-time subscribers. To ensure that each subscriber receives the finest quality produce, hand-picked at peak freshness, we’re capping our subscriptions at 100 members. Once we reach full capacity, new subscriptions will only become available if a current subscriber cancels. At the start of each season we’ll begin a new subscription, with priority given to members who subscribed during the previous season.

Standard Conundrum Crate - $40/week

Small Conundrum Crate - $25/week
This generous crate is packed with approximately $30 worth of produce. This smaller crate is perfect for 1-2 people each week.

How to Sign Up
Follow these steps to secure your Conundrum Crate subscription:

Register via LocalLine
LocalLine is the vendor hosting our online produce shop. Select the “Conundrum Crate Program – Setup Fee” from the “Products” options and add that to your Cart.

Choose Pick Up Location
Click on your cart to check out, you will then choose your Pick Up location. Select the Pick Up Location that would work best for you from our available options.

Create Your Customer Account & Purchase the Setup Fee
Set up your new Customer account. You will then enter your payment information and pay for the $25 setup fee. See below for more information on this fee.

Check your email! Order your first Crate & start your subscription
We review new registrations daily and will send you an email invitation from crates@conundrumfarms.com to join the Conundrum Crate private store. Mark us as a safe sender, and watch for this email as it will have the instructions to order your first Crate to start your subscription! Make sure you check your junk/spam folders just in case the email is misplaced.
A few more important nitty gritty details:
SETUP FEE: The $25 setup fee secures your subscription for the season & helps to pay for the Crate boxes. One Crate will be filled with fresh produce each week and sent home with you, and you will return that second crate to us when you come to pick up the next one (to be filled again for you next week). This way, we won't need to use disposable packing - keeping this operation more sustainable for us and for the earth!
PICKUP LOCATIONS: Currently, we offer four pickup locations:
- Thursday 10am-12pm at Colleyville, TX
- Saturday 10am-12pm at Westland Gardens
- Sunday 1-4pm at Conundrum Farms during our weekly Farm Stand Sunday Funday event
WAITLIST Saturday 8am-12pm at Clearfork Farmer's Market
(we have reached capacity at Clearfork Farmer's Market. You can choose another location, and/or get on the waitlist for this location. We'll send an email notifying you when a spot opens up.)
Other locations may be added as we continue to grow - subscribe to our newsletter to receive email announcements for new locations as they become available.
ABANDONED CRATES: Life happens, and every week there are a few Crates that don't get picked up for one reason or another. If a Crate is left behind at the end of the weekend and we didn't hear from you, it will become a donated Crate on Monday morning.
